What are credits and what do I need them for?

Credits cover the actions that cost money outside GrowthKit: finding an email address (1 credit), finding a mobile number (10 credits), a call minute (1 credit). Lead scoring, ICP checks and read-only MCP queries are free.

Do credits expire at the end of the month?

Accepted Answer

The monthly allowance included in your plan expires and resets at the start of the new billing period. Credits you buy on top never expire — they stay in your account until you use them.

What happens when I run out of credits?

GrowthKit keeps working: scoring, ICP checks, memory and read access continue as usual. Only enrichment and calling pause until you top up (€19 = 100, €49 = 300, €99 = 700) or your monthly allowance resets.

Can I use my own API keys?

Yes, from Solo upwards. Add your own key for OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or Mistral and settle model usage directly with the provider.

What is the difference between Solo and Growth?

It is not about volume, it is about how you work. Solo is a single seat with its own memory. Growth gives your team a shared workspace: one ICP, shared playbooks, one team memory. As soon as two people work the same pipeline, Growth is the right plan.

Honestly: no. Two Solo accounts are two separate workspaces — no shared ICP, no shared leads, no shared memory. For teamwork you need Growth.

Yes. The Free plan costs nothing and needs no credit card: 1 user, 50 credits to start, lead scoring and ICP check, memory up to 50 entries. The 50 credits are one pot for everything — enough to find 5 mobile numbers and make 10 minutes of calls, for example, or you can spend them differently.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.

Yes. All monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of each billing cycle — no long-term commitment, no cancellation fees.
